Members may request a withdrawal of available funds from their sp777 account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any applicable bonus terms. sp777 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible.

• All withdrawals are subject to mandatory identity and age verification before processing. Members who have not completed verification may be required to submit supporting documents before a withdrawal can be approved.

• sp777 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's account balance.
• For cricket and other sports markets, sp777 follows its published Sports Betting Rules with respect to match postponements, abandonments, and in-play settlement procedures. Pakistani Super League (PSL) and ICC cricket markets follow ICC playing regulations for settlement purposes.
• Minimum stake amounts are displayed within each game or market. For slot games, the minimum bet per spin starts at PKR 10. For sports markets, the minimum bet is PKR 50 per selection.
• sp777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or maximum number of concurrent open bets for any Member, without being required to provide specific reasons for doing so.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sp777 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.

No content from the sp777 platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of sp777.

sp777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and may be revoked at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sp777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the sp777 platform, regardless of whether sp777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• In all cases, sp777's total aggregate liability to a Member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the relevant bet or transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under sp777's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sp777's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, conducted in English.

Your continued use of sp777 following the effective date of any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
